Giveaway Policy

Physical items consist of crafted items I have made myself (Resin Pieces, Pyrography, etc), Merch items of my art I have had made (Keychains, Stickers, etc) or items I buy myself for giveaways (this one happens the least).

For Physical Items I will need a few things if you win:

• Parent/Guardian Consent if you are under 18.

• Your full mailing address including your postal/zip, unit number, Country etc.

• The first and last name of the addressee. 

What I will NEVER ask for:

• Your Credit Card, Social Security, Passwords or access to any of your accounts.

• Money. My giveaways are just that. Giveaways. You will not pay shipping. You may need to pay import fees but that is beyond me.

• Any other personal information outside of the mailing address and name of the addressee.

Policy Need to Knows:

• If items sent are not pre-made items, it will take me longer to send them as I will need to make them.

• Physical giveaway items, by default, are sent without tracking via Canada Post from a Smoke Free, Furry Friend Free home. If the total worth of the items exceed $100 CAD, tracked shipping will be provided.

• I am not responsible for the package once it is handed over the postal services. Any lost or damaged packages/items will not be replaced. Damaged items will need to be taken up with the postal service handling said package.

• I am not responsible if items do not arrive to you if the item is lost or if a wrong mailing address is provided.

• By entering my physical giveaways, you acknowledge that you are either above the age of 18 or you have parental consent to enter the giveaway.

• Physical giveaways can happen on any of my socials and may require certain requirements to join. 

• Physical giveaways that happen on my Twitch (planned, random or Gatchapon) will require you to be present in the stream. If a physical item is not claimed within 5 minutes, a new winner will be drawn.

• Winners drawn on my socials are done so randomly via an online wheel of names. Twitch winners will be drawn randomly via the streamlabs giveaway system.

Digital items consist of digitally drawn pieces like emotes, phone backgrounds, profile pictures, Vtuber Model, PNGtuber Model, etc.

For Digital Items I will need a few things if you win:

• A description or reference photos (within reason of which type of piece you won) of the OC, Character, etc that you'd like the piece to be of. 

• A means to communicate with you outside of twitch (discord, insta dms, etc) where we can discuss details of the digital piece.

• If wanted via a downloadable file and not just sent in DMs, an email where I can send you the finished art piece to you.

What I will NEVER ask for:

• Your Credit Card, Social Security, Passwords or access to any of your accounts.

• Money. This is a digital giveaway. Nothing is needed to be sent to a physical address so there won't potentially be a request for upgraded shipping and therefore no reason for money to be exchanged.

Policy Need to Knows:

• I have the right to refuse subject matter based on personal views, comfortability and personal limitations.

• I have the right to discontinue if i feel I am not being respected as an artist and am being met with disrespect and hostility.

• During the sketch phase, the winner may request three revisions. Once the sketch is approved and I have moved on to the lineart, no more revisions will be accepted.

• I have the right to post said piece to my socials with my watermark on it. The piece you receive will also have my water mark on it, but it'll be one and won't be very visable.

• The artwork belongs to me and is not to be used for anything beyond personal use. My artwork is not for commercial use unless you purchase the rights to use it as such.

• Do not remove my watermark. Do not feed my artwork through A.I. Do not claim my artwork as your own. Credit/tagging when posting is super appreciated.  

• Digital giveaways can happen on any of my socials and may require certain requirements to join.

• Digital giveaways that happen on my twitch are primarily won through Gatchapon Giveaway Pulls. Winner will be required to be in stream to claim. If the digital giveaway is claimed within 5 minutes, a new winner will be picked.

• Winners are drawn randomly via an online wheel of names or via streamlabs giveaway system.

Hoodies are a giveaway item that is directly linked to my Streamlabs and Twitch accounts and are only hosted on Twitch via Streamlabs using Channel Points for a ticket.

For Hoodies, if you win you will need to:

• Follow the giveaway link that will be prompted in chat. Only the account that won will be able to follow the link. 

• Fill out the information that is required by the form presented in the link to claim your hoodie and so that it can be sent to you.

What I will NEVER ask for:

• Any personal information. Your address, name, etc is not given to me for hoodie giveaways. Streamlabs handles mailing out your hoodie to you.

• Money. The hoodie is pre-paid for by me before the giveaway even starts. As far as I am aware, I don't believe Streamlabs makes the winner pay for shipping either.

Policy Need to Knows:

• All featured art on my merch is of my artwork and are apart of my IP.

• Missing or undelivered hoodies, hoodies not sent need to be filed through Streamlabs. Fulfillments are done through them.
