Right to Refuse Service
I have the right to refuse service for any reason, but especially if:
I feel like I can not complete the commission due to personal views and lack of artistic ability.
The client is being rude, demanding, disrespectful, etc. This includes but isn't limited to name calling, insulting myself or my art, saying my prices are too high (that they can get similar for less at x artist shop), try to negotiate a lower price.
I feel like there is too much currently on my plate.
If the client is pushing me to start their piece when they aren't top in the queue.
Right to End Service
I have the Right to End the Service if:
The Client is being verbally abusive, rude, demanding, disrespectful. I deserve to be treated with respect and basic human decency.
The Client doesn't value my time and that I can not work 24/7. I am not a machine. I am a Mom of 4. I am a human being.
The Client has lead me to personally believe that the art I am making will be misused (Fed trough A.I etc).
*Please note that if I have yet to start the piece(s) and no sketch is done, I will initiate a full refund. If I am at the the sketch phase, I will initiate an 80% refund. If I am at the lineart phase, I will initiate a 50% refund. If i have already started on the rendering, no refund will be initiated or issued.
I have the right to refuse to start a commission if the piece isn't fully paid for. If a buyer backs out before I start their commission, a refund will be issued. If a buyer backs out once their commission is started, there may be a refund issued dependent on how far along in the commission I am. I have the right to use completed pieces as prints, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon at the time of commission (OCs will never be used as Prints). I have the right to include my watermark, printed small, on ALL pieces I create as this is my signature.
Rights to my Artwork
As an artist, I retain rights to the artwork that I produce. Here is what you need to know:

If I draw your OC (Original Character) for you, you have rights to the character itself, but not the art work I have done of your OC. This means, as the client, you can use this art piece for personal use, but can not use it for any type of exhibition, reproduction or commercial use.
My artwork is, by default, not for resale nor is it for exhibition, reproduction or commercial use.
Intellectual Property (IP)
My art pieces are for personal use only and are not to be used for profit. They are not for Exhibition, Reproduction or Commercial Use. I retain the Intellectual Property Right to all my Original Creations and designs. My art is not to be redistributed, altered in any way (this includes removing my watermark), traced, fed through AI or claimed as ones own art. When sharing my art, please give me proper credit by including a link to anyone of my main socials (facebook, instagram, Tiktok, BlueSky, etc) or by tagging me.
