Here is what happens and what I require from you to make the shipping process as smooth as possible:
Please make sure the provided address is current. I am not responsible for items not getting to you if you have not given me a current, proper, address, complete with addressee's first and last name, street number, house or unit/apartment number, postal/zip code, city/town, State/Province and Country.
Please make sure the first and last name provided for the addressee is their current Government name just in case ID is asked to retrieve package.
Your package will be packed in either a bubble mailer or box depending on the size and fragility of the items in your commission.
your package will either be packed at my smoke free, furry pet free home or the post office itself.
I recommend getting tracking and insurance especially on commissions that are more highly priced.
I am not responsible for any potential import fees that your package may accumulate.
I am no longer responsible for the package, or the contents of the package once said package has been handed over to postal services.
If, in the event of Lost or Damaged items, see below.
If it is past the expected delivery date, and you think you package may be lost, there are a few things you can try:
Get in contact with your local postal service provider and open a claim.
Check around your house/Unit and with neighbours.
Check cameras if you have any.
Unfortunately, there is not much I can do as once the postal service has your package in their possession, it is out of my hands and no longer my responsibility. As a small artist providing unique items, I can not provide a refund. Your best bet it opening a claim with your postal services and seeing what they can do to rectify losing your package. Having tracking and insurance will help in this case as well.
If an item arrives broken there are a few things that you can try:
Fixing it with some super glue. Most physical items I provide that can break both take A LOT to be broken, and can usually pretty easily be fixed with superglue.
Get in contact with your local service provider and open a claim. The items were sent to you in perfect condition as they are either new or handmade.
In recent years I have only known some resin pieces to break during shipping. I have had the same types of pieces sent to Germany and the US and the US one was broken. Shipped in the same manner. Less transit time. I have taken videos where I take my Resin pieces and try to smash them. It either takes a lot or they don't break. Need one of those videos to help your claim, just DM me.
Unfortunately, again, there is not much I can do when the item is damaged in transit. I can not provide a refund. Your best bet is to either try to fix it, open a claim with your postal services and see what they can do. Having insurance will help in this case.
As most items are hand made and custom items, I do not accept returns under any circumstances.
If, by chance, the package was returned to me because delivery failed, I will alert you. If you wish for the package to be sent again, you will have to provide the payment for just shipping again. if you chose not to have the items sent out again to you, a refund will not be issued.
